Free 30-day trial for organizations

Run a 30-day Voice2Bug pilot

Test Voice2Bug in your workflow for reporting issues you reproduce in a browser. No credit card, automatic charge, or automatic renewal.

1. Who the pilot is for

The pilot is designed for organizations that reproduce issues in browser-based applications and pass the resulting reports to technical teams. It is especially relevant to:

  • application support and second-line (L2) support teams,
  • QA and software testing teams,
  • software product companies and development agencies,
  • CRM and ERP implementation partners,
  • teams that send reports to developers via Jira Cloud, email, or a link.

The pilot is unlikely to be useful if the issue cannot be reproduced in a browser, your organization does not allow the necessary context to be captured, existing reports already contain all the necessary information, or your team does not reproduce issues before handing them off.

2. How the pilot starts

  1. You submit the form and confirm your email address.
  2. After email confirmation, Voice2Bug may create a trial workspace, administrator access, a license, and an activation code, unless the email domain is already associated with an organization. In that case, its administrator may need to approve the request first.
  3. The team selects a controlled test scenario, participating users, and data-handling rules.
  4. The administrator reviews the configured delivery options and chooses manual or automatic report delivery.
  5. The team tests its own cases and records the agreed metrics.

Installing the extension, taking screenshots, recording audio, or processing data may require prior approval from your IT or security team.

3. What your team receives

  • free 30-day trial access with no credit card required,
  • an activation code and administrator access to the workspace,
  • the ability to generate reports from the context captured during each session,
  • report delivery by email, Jira Cloud, or a link,
  • an email contact for setup and technical issues,
  • suggested metrics for evaluating the trial in your team's workflow.

The contents of each report depend on the data captured during that session. Voice2Bug does not guarantee that every report will be complete or that the pilot will produce any specific result.

4. Workflows you can test

  • handing off an application support issue to a technical team,
  • reporting bugs from QA to development,
  • collecting evidence during acceptance testing or implementation,
  • delivering a report via a link, email, or Jira Cloud,
  • manual delivery or automatic delivery configured by an administrator.

Voice2Bug can capture user actions, URLs, and available technical context, with optional audio and screenshots. It does not record continuous screen video.

5. What to measure

The following metrics are suggestions, not promised Voice2Bug outcomes:

  • average report-preparation time before the pilot and during the pilot,
  • the number of follow-up questions after a report is delivered,
  • the number of reports the team creates,
  • the number of team members who use the tool,
  • the report elements most often missing,
  • usefulness ratings from support, QA, and developers.

Before starting, define each metric clearly and collect a baseline from your current workflow. Voice2Bug does not promise any minimum savings, reduction in follow-up questions, or level of adoption.

6. Support during the trial

For activation or technical issues during the trial, email support@voice2bug.com. The trial does not include a guaranteed response time or dedicated service-level agreement (SLA). Send pre-trial questions about architecture, data, or processing terms to the same address.

7. What happens after 30 days

  • The trial includes full functionality and unlimited reports for 30 days from successful extension activation. When it expires, recording and report access are blocked.
  • The trial does not renew automatically, and there is no automatic charge.
  • Expiry itself does not delete the account or data; retention and deletion-request rules still apply. Paid access always requires a separate, explicit checkout.
  • A plan change does not mean that your data is deleted. You can submit a data request as described in the Privacy Policy.
