ROI Calculator — See How Much You'll Save
W. Edwards Deming emphasized that understanding a process through data is the key to improving it. You can't improve what you don't measure.
Enter your team's data below. The calculator will show you exactly how much money you're losing each month on manual bug reporting -- and how much you'll save with Voice2Bug.

Where your QA team's time goes
TODAY: reporting vs testing
WITH VOICE2BUG:
What these numbers mean
The calculation above covers direct reporting time only. It does not account for additional savings:
- Developer time -- complete reports eliminate back-and-forth (1-2h / developer / day)
- Context switching -- a sub-minute report doesn't pull the tester out of flow (vs 10-15 min context switch)
- Bugs that never got reported -- lower barrier = more reports = fewer bugs in production
- Faster releases -- QA stops blocking the sprint = faster billing
Real savings may therefore be higher than the calculator shows -- though results will vary depending on your team and project specifics. Even the reporting time alone represents amounts that are hard to ignore.
Where the 1-minute report time comes from
Voice2Bug measures the time from clicking the icon to submitting the ticket to Jira. The under one minute figure is the average result from Voice2Bug's internal tests across a sample of 50 reports of varying complexity. The calculator uses 1 minute to be conservative. The tester clicks the extension, describes the finding, takes a screenshot. AI structures the report automatically: title, reproduction steps, technical data, screenshots.
